Green Up volunteers fanned out across Waterbury from the Stowe line and Gregg Hill to Little River Road; from the Ice Center to Barnes Hill and seemingly every main road and park in between. Some got a head start days in advance, especially crews from workplaces in town.
When all was collected, the haul weighed in at over 2.7 tons.
Below are scenes from around town and at the town garage drop-off with groups from Ivy Computers, Darn Tough, KORE Power, lots of scouts, and many families and neighbors out together and on their own.
Many thanks to everyone who pitched in this year!
