Local residents among 83 appointees to state boards and commissions

Several local residents are among 83 appointments that Gov. Phil Scott has made recently to state boards and commissions.
The governor’s office on July 1 announced the appointments made in the second quarter of this year.
State government boards and commissions give Vermonters opportunities to serve their state and communities. The governor’s office is continually seeking applications to fill vacancies as positions become open. Anyone interested in serving on a state board or commission should review the details posted on the governor’s website at governor.vermont.gov/boards-commissions to apply.
Recent appointments of local residents include:
Katharina Cahill of Waterbury Center and Dr. Linda Hazard of Moretown to the Deaf, Hard of Hearing, And Deaf/Blind Advisory Council
Gwenna Peters of Duxbury to the State Labor Relations Board
Laura Flint of Waterbury and Ana Russo of Middlesex to the State Rehabilitation Council
Susie Walsh Daloz of Middlesex to the Working Lands Enterprise Board
Scott J. Reeves of Stowe to the Passenger Tramway Board
